Siyora Properties & Developers is growing at a rapid pace. Starting in 2013, we have already completed 13 residential plots and two farmland ventures. At present, we have an immediate requirement for the following personnel.
Accountants: Only commerce graduates with or without experience need to apply. Knowledge of latest accountancy packages is mandatory. Those from real estate domain will be given preference.
Assistants: With Intermediate as the minimum qualification, you should have prior experience in office admin works. You should be fluent in English, Telugu and Hindi.
Sales Executives: Graduates with or without experience in selling of plots will be given preference. Salary and benefits will be based on the sales performance and targets.
Site Engineers: Diploma and Degree in Civil Engineering from an Institution of national repute only, need apply. Those with experience of 7 – 10 years will be considered for higher position.
Project Managers: Graduates and Post Graduates of Management need to apply. Those with 3 – 6 years of experience in real estate sector will be given preference.
